Purchase, payment and delivery

  1. Can I track my order?
    Yes you can. After your order, in the order confirmation email, you will receive a number which when entered in the SDA site, will allow you to follow all the steps of shipment and delivery times.
  2. How can I pay on the site? Do you send invoice?
    You can pay by Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal. We send invoice if requested at time of order confirmation.
  3. To purchase online at ShoppingDONNA.it is there a minimum order value?

    Via courier at the address indicated and confirmed at the time of purchase.
  8. Can I decide date and time of delivery?
    It may be indicated in the notes, but it is not always possible for logistical reasons.
  9. Is delivery based on flat-fee shipping?
    Shipping costs vary from item to item (depending on size, weight, location of delivery and any additional services such as insurance), so every detail is visible during purchase.
  10. From the day of purchase which are the delivery times?
    Generally in Italy deliveries are made within 24-48 hours. In case of purchase of customized products, delivery times are longer. Details on the product page.
  11. What to do in case of problems with the delivery?

  12. Can the package be picked up by third parties or only by those who actually made the online purchase?
    The package is delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase, as attested by the address not the identity of who collects the delivery.
  13. I was not home when the courier has passed, what should I do?
    The courier makes a second delivery attempt, then your package will be stored at the storage nearest to you, indicated on the notice that the courier will leave outside your door.

  3. I have purchased a Coupon. How do I use it?
    Following the order confirmation you will receive a coupon via email. You can simply print it and bring it with you to get the discount. All information is listed on the coupon.
  4. Can I buy a Coupon as a gift?
    Yes, when you purchase select "Buy it for a friend".
  5. If I do not use the full value of the coupon can I use it afterwards?
    No, there are no credits or refunds.
  6. Can I accumulate Coupons?
    No, unless it is expressly stated in the conditions.
